Had a FANTASTIC STAY at a hotel just off a bustling street with shops nearby. the free breakfast was amazing! Staff were super helpful. Would definitely come back. Photos don't do justice to the room size.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for our young, party-going crew. We were within walking distance of the Barclay Sports and Entertainment Center, and the buzzing energy of the city was electrifying! The local art displayed throughout the hotel gave it a cool and authentic vibe, and we felt right at home in this vibrant borough.

The only thing that would have made our stay even more epic would have been if the hotel had an on-site nightclub for us to keep the party going after our big nights out in Brooklyn!

Staff were so nice, arranged a late checkout for me, and the breakfast voucher was great for two. Good location, close to everything. The room was cozy and had a cool vintage vibe, but a bit small. Unfortunately, there was construction outside my window, a bit noisy in the morning and not great if you're trying to work quietly. a chill spot for a short stay! 🌇

Accommodating and affable staff members were especially the receptionists and the supervisor. The room was stylish with a view of manhattan and had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

We stayed here for 8 nights and we liked our choice. Great beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a seating area.

Staying at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn was convenient. The location and rooms were great, with excellent service from Lynne and Aja. The General Manager's generic response didn't address my concerns. Next time, I'll choose a hotel with better responsiveness. The surrounding landmarks like Fort Greene Park and Brooklyn Heights Promenade added to our family bonding.

Plus, the easy transit options made getting around a breeze. Can't wait to lace up my sneakers and hit the streets of Brooklyn again soon!

The view from the window literally to the construction site, the noise from 7 am working machines, the room was clean but had a lot of drawbacks, so tiny that there was nowhere to unfold the suitcase. For one person, for a short stay may be.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from offering more diverse vegan food options, catering to the preferences of families with children.

Work around the hotel but honestly it's manageable (we had a room on the street), small problem of windows that close badly so air passes. But the stay was very very pleasant.

Despite initial room issues, the team's kindness and quick resolutions impressed me. The upgraded room was spacious, with seamless internet, and convenient lobby access to the restaurant. The friendliness of staff and location were highlights, overshadowing minor inconveniences. Will consider returning.

The cleaning service in the rooms. The room is large, considering that the hotel is located in New York is an important point in your favor.. It's very well located in relation to the Hoyt St and Jay St-Metrotech subway stations. This allows for quick access to Manhattan.

Some staff members did not respond when we greeted them at the entrance and exit of the hotel. It was something that caught our attention.

Indulged in epic culinary tales at nearby Fortina Pizza and Kimoto Rooftop, where flavors dance in your mouth. Positioned in the hub of dining hotspots, like Shake Shack and Jianbing Company. The hotel's modern and clean vibe tickled my fancy.

The nocturnal construction cacophony and neighboring rooftop antics made getting beauty sleep a mission. the hotel still sparkled amidst the urban buzz.

Dirty windows, curtains, blinds. Loud air conditioning and leaking windows in the first room - it was impossible to sleep. Fortunately, next day we asked for a room change, we got the right one with an apology.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this place in Downtown. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is centrally located and just off a bustling high street with all the shops you could need. It was so convenient to have Fulton Mall right next door. The room was incredibly clean and modern, and the bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated the efficient air conditioning, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially the receptionists and the supervisor, were friendly and accommodating. They even stored my bikes safely and brought them to the lobby promptly upon my request. the service at this hotel was top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Indigo Brooklyn. The location was perfect, with easy access to subway stations for exploring the city. Despite the small room size, we found the storage to be plentiful and the bathroom spacious enough. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

One negative aspect was the construction noise from the nearby buildings, but it didn't bother us as we were on a higher floor. Additionally, the front desk lacked a bit in customer service, which was a turn-off.

Indigo's prime location near train station and shopping was convenient. Friendly staff and high-floor rooms made the stay enjoyable.

I was lucky enough to come across a proactive employee. Coming to fix my lock problem, he took care of the air conditioning problem better than the incompetent customer service person who didn't understand that I didn't want to move a third time in 4 days . The hotel is well located.

I had a room that faced construction, workers with full view of my room, deafening noises from 7 o'clock on. I was then moved to a room without air conditioning at 89 degrees, I would have had to move again if the employee whose job it was not had not thought of offering me fans . The customer service person is out of place. They're just repeating ready-made phrases:.... "I understand, I apologize" but she does nothing.

Possibility to go to the 2nd floor, common room with microwave, sofa, TV, tables to eat. Chambermaids very smiling and competent +++. Geographical location nickel: proximity Subway and Bus. Lunch : choice !!! value 15 dollars per person +++ . Very competent, reactive, pleasant and smiling staff ++++ .

I appreciated the hotel's dedication to promoting wellness and ensuring that guests have access to top-notch fitness facilities during their stay.

The room was tiny.

I spent 10 nights with 3 friends in a double room. room is very spacious, comfortable beds, big bathroom with everything you need, clean room and right attention. location was incredible, two blocks from the subway, near stores like Macys, Century 21, TjMax.. I would definitely stay there again.

Two days we didn't get cleaned up in the room

good location of the hotel, 1 minute walk from the metro station, full of shops and restaurants. Nice staff. room and bathroom were very tiny, I was prepared for it and it wasn't a problem for me, room was used only for sleeping :). room and bathroom were cleaned every day, clean (except for those curtains :///) I recommend warmly to people who plan to spend time in NYC on sightseeing / shopping / parties.

Unfortunately, we were accommodated in a room from which the windows of the newly built hotel were coming out directly. The men from the construction site could literally look into our room. Luckily, Americans are not nosy and do not have a habit of peeping :) From about 5.30 a.m. construction works started, so the room was quite loud, but not enough to keep us awake a little longer. Unfortunately I don't recommend it to people with sensitive sleep... although this noise can be treated as an alarm clock, in NYC it's a waste of time to sleep ;). Unfortunately, very dirty windows and room curtains were a huge minus for me. I understand that the staff has no influence on the cleanliness of the windows, while the curtains would be worth to be freshened at least once a month. Besides, I have no more comments!

I was pleasantly surprised by the location, which was perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city. Although the gym could have been better equipped, the complimentary breakfast that came with our stay was a nice touch. I would recommend Indigo to others.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, I noticed that the lighting in the room could be improved for a more comfortable ambiance. there was an unexpected $100 added to my bill for "possible damages" which was a bit unusual compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo was absolutely fantastic. I stayed for three nights during a business trip to Brooklyn. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated considering the amount of luggage I had. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with ample space for all my belongings. The internet connection was reliable and fast throughout my stay. Plus, I loved the convenience of being able to walk from the hotel lobby to the on-site restaurant without having to go outside. my experience at Hotel Indigo was excellent.

I keep coming back for the weekend. Staff returned my forgotten shower bag. The hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and a gym. I love the laundry service and the flat-screen TV in the room. Plus, it's pet-friendly and has great air conditioning.

Our 5-night stay at Indigo exceeded expectations. the staff was exceptionally accommodating and nice. Access to public transportation was easy. the hotel easily stored our bikes for the 5 Boros Bike Tour. Cycling in NYC was bike-friendly. the location made it easy to access the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.

I was in Brooklyn for a conference and missed the deadline for the conference hotel rate. I'm so glad I found Hotel Indigo! The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a great shower. The location was central, close to the metro. Check-in was easy, and late check-out was offered upon arrival. The staff was helpful and nice, and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and clean. There was construction around the property, but it wasn't an issue. A short walk away was the incredible City Point food court with its urban streetscape in a basement setting. I can't wait to go back!

the hotel is super clean, and the location is amazing - just a block away from dekalb and trader joe's. the staff were so helpful and the room had plenty of light. angelo & jonathan went out of their way to make our stay great, and the bathroom products by aveda smelled lovely.

The location was mind-blowing! Close to subways and buses, plus tons of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff, especially Aja, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were jaw-droppingly clean and new, with a Keurig coffee machine and a good-sized flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant were available. Plus, they allowed pets and had a laundry facility and an exercise gym. The overall experience was super satisfying and great value for money.

The friendly and helpful staff at the front desk made my stay much more enjoyable. They were professional and accommodating. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to multiple subway stations and nearby shopping and dining options. It was convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The facilities were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the rooms, although small, were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Free wifi was also a plus.

Some rooms had maintenance issues, such as broken air conditioning, loose shower glass, and faulty furniture. It's advisable to check the room before settling in, especially if assigned to room 1003.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Metrotech for a business conference, and I was pleased with the around-the-clock business center access. It made it easy to catch up on work and print out last-minute materials without any hassle.
